Every time Wizards makes a card that counts the number of times you've cast your commander, it has been a linear scaling effect. I like how Horlan, Piper of Teraasa has a very natural diminishing return so you don't feel like you lose out on as much if it is the first of your commanders you cast.
Abigor, Cackling Archfiend looks like it would generate interesting situations: Your opponent could chump block with a mana dork they would sacrifice anyways, or they could take the damage and force the rest of your opponents to also lose something.
Edrick, Brood-Brother would give dragon decks creature-based card draw and the best color for ramping out big things. Even without a good existing partner, I think this card would upset Atarka as the default Gruul dragon commander. Not that that matters to me though, because by having a flavorful first ability, Edrick would be an option for mono-green flying tribal, which runs a lot of dragons anyways.
Ezzex, Etherium Reclaimer is incredibly clever. Not only is it super flavorful, but it also enables a variety of artifact-focused combos. The card is so perfectly clean there isn't much more I can say about it.
@Pickausername Thanks man. Also snow mana is a bit weird tho because of its specialness. The stuff seems to be a bit out of place in Magic, in my opinion.
@Temurzoa I hate to prove a problem, but unfortunately an aspect of the contest's criteria is that the cards have to be mono-colored. As such, Sisters Yamazaki doesn't work for it.
Zseno, Silent Assassin third ability is cool, it allows for political alliances and its downside can be circumvented with Black's discard effects, and I like how Headhunter can feed into it. I also like how putting Zseno into your hand is intrinsically fairer than Derevi's ability, which can be done at instant speed and gets around counterspells.
@CallMeBob So, you used official mtg art by Antonio Jose Manzanedo, for a weird, color-pie breaking card (It’s a Ruin-Runner? What the heck is that? It’s a Mouse.) that you entered into a contest for a totally different thing. In the future, check what the contest is before you enter into it.
Of yours, @Usaername, Li Jie, Witt Quickfoot, and Misa are my favorites. A black-border Party Crasher is exciting. Giving an additional ability to treasure is genius. Misa, Menagerie Keeper is spectacular, though. letting players build obscure tribal decks with a commander more flavorful than Morophon while simultaneously enabling/rewarding double-tribal is amazing.
I wasn't initially planning on having any "winners" in this contest but then decided at the end I would highlight two submissions from different cardsmiths I feel would work well together. There were a lot of good pairings to choose from but looking back, none are as coincidentally synergistic as Honok, the Deadly Berserker from @joemamajoe and Ezzex, Etherium Reclaimer from @Jedidiah. Together, they could command a potent artifact-based combo deck that would loop creatures like Stonecoil Serpent for mana before winning with Aetherflux Reservoir.

Using the un-keyworded version of "Headhunter" by unicornsareevil13579
Headhunter (Whenever this creature attacks, target legendary creature defending player controls blocks this creature if able.)
