That card is in reference to Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer, awarded Anime of the Year.
Didn't realize, but that's an anime I've been meaning to watch so all the better!

They have an entire set of them called 'The Menagerie': They're all amazing. Penguillion Clique is one of my personal favourites.

I think this displays an excellent job at creating a new mechanic which could definitely play really well. This also gives fun common level versatility. This design is a real gem!
