Reddleton, Innistrad like set!

Here I am needing help to make a card set of 250 cards in a first expansion for my own block named Reddleton. "Reddleton is an Innistrad like place, but with more magic than undead creatures. It is run by a group of powerful mages, scientists and demons called 'The Council' (the next expansion in the block is Council of Reddleton, soooo). The members of the council are: The twin demons, who are demons of ice and magma respectively and are always fighting as well as being enormous. Professor Hex, who is a crazy scientist who makes way too many explosions. Lady Desasha is an elesh norn like person, but more mysterious. and finally Nathan Valor, who is a normal 2o year old boy, but when nearing death, becomes a demon of unstoppable power. Other characters in the set include Annabelle, who is a little girl that commands an army of magically infused body parts stitched together to make monstrosities. There are also these guard things who go super aggro at anyone. Other than that there are a lot of assassins and killings. I must confirm the card before it is put in the set.
