All the rules for the balloon tokens are to make it so you should be using them to ninja stuff out not doing shenanigans like pumping them up and mass attacking.
@SPyBondPlays I took this opportunity to fix some stuff I forgot to add. It should have been that you get a balloon for each card in your hand, I also fixed a typo for the ninjutsu so it is {x}.
To answer your question, there are creatures that you can then ninja out that give all your flying creatures +1/+1 like Empyrean Eagle. I didn't want the player to suddenly have a ton of hard to block balloons as a win condition. I also wanted to add that you can't sacrifice them but it got too wordy so I left it out. Plenty of shenanigans you can do since you are generating a ton of artifact creature tokens now, don't need to search too hard to find nice combos for it.
Now that I think about it I don't think reducing the power to 0 wouldn't help, I probably just should have said prevent all damage dealt by this creature, I'll fix that too.
This card can introduce some interesting deckbuilding considerations (E.g., what cards would benefit you when under your control AND when under an opponent's control?)
Someone's going to mention it so I'll just address it now, yes blue steal effects do give haste. See Magus of the Unseen, Overtaker, Ray of Command, Reins of Power, and Spinal Embrace.
It may have been the ‘width’ portion throwing things off (when I mess with that it goes before the ‘src’ bit). It might be simpler to use the built in image button and modify from there if the size isn’t desirable.

How would you beef them up if you can't cast spells?? Giant Growth isn't a creature's activated ability.

(I guess I'll just post the link)
Huzzah
I like that, it seems pretty balanced.
