It's time to announce the winners! This whole thing was a blast! I didn’t expect so many entries. It was really fun to watch.
As I mentioned earlier, judging is based on how well both creatures are working as a pair. They must be helping each other. No matter how good your idea is, if it only helps its partner and not be helped by its partner, or opposite of it, I had to remove it from winners’ podium. And there also are some pairs that more like war brothers(They have similar abilities, but not synergies). I removed them as well. And even without your partner, your card is supposed to be the one that works as one individual card. And off course, like many other contest, being creative and balanced was important. This judging might sound very harsh, and some of you might think that I have misjudged. I might have.. but there are so many good entries and I hope you understand how difficult it was. If you have any questions or want some feedback feel free to send me a message.
"Ohtan, Kings Advisor" by @Suicidal_Deity http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/ohtan-kings-advisor Partner - "Calleena, Sublime Arbiter" by MrRansom http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/calleena-sublime-arbiter-7?list=user Both cards are very unique and creative. They'll protect you from opponents' spells. Using name in partner's flavor text is also cool. However, Ohtan doesn't help Calleena so much. He is more like a game finisher who comes after Calleena. I think Calleena's ability is too unique to have synergies with someone.
Oooops! I just realized that "Edwynn the Ever Seeker" by VC420 says "Whenever you play a land, ", I thought it was "Whenever a land enters the battlefield.." That's different. But please everyone, condone it. Probably Noobz made a same misunderstanding.
And I also realized Oduda forgot to shuffle after searching. But everyone, please condone it too.. If I knew it before judging, I would have let him know. (I don't give advices about the card's concept and balance before judging, but I usually point out mistakes, errors, or misunderstandings if I find them.)
@Chairforce I imagined the situation that I have a 'choose one from three effects' card in hand, and I want all effects. At that moment, Dohrn's 1st ability can be read like '{3} : Copy target spell twice.' And I thought {3} for gaining two {0} cards isn't expensive enough. I didn't think of 'which charms(or commands, pact, etc..)' actually. I just compared it with other creatures like Azure Mage, Izzet Guildmage..
The one that popped up in my mind just now is Azorius Charm. It is cheap and 'draw a card' effect is useful from head to toe of the game.

Seriously going to be difficult to judge this one.

Alright, here are the victors! :
Honorable Mentions
"Charmsmith Dohrn" by @Chairforce

Partner - "Lumina Angelfire" by Sylux
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/lumina-angelfire
Dohrn has very unique and intriguing abilities. But I judged it OP, because of many broken synergies it can make with many charm cards.
"Ytrix, Secretive Child" by @Teacup
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/ytrix-secretive-child?list=set&set=1297
Partner - "Linne, Estraged Noble" by Domrikade
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/linne-estranged-noble?list=user
Nice try on transform mechanics! It makes terrifying 'Fateseal-like' mechanic with Linne, but Linne is a bit OP(Actually it was still work in progress).
"Toxect, Scorge of Life" by @Ludos
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/toxect-scourge-of-life
Partner - "Gosmog, Bane of the Living" by Tomigon
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/gosmog-bane-of-the-living-1
Well designed as a single card, and its +1/+1 counter mechanic surely has synergy with gluttony ability, but Gosmog would probably eat everything, including its partner.
"Ohtan, Kings Advisor" by @Suicidal_Deity

Partner - "Ebsim, Temporal Arcmage" by MercifulNaptune
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/ebsim-temporal-archmage
Vira has such an interesting ability! Even though it doesn't help Ebsim, creature-removal control deck built around them would be very sweet.

Partner - "Edwynn the Ever Seeker" by VC420
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/edwynn-the-ever-seeker
Their abilities trigger when they attack. And same condition strengthen both of their p/t. That makes them easier to attack.
2nd
"Zuan Lun" by @Oduda

Partner - "Wren, Master Cartographer" by benw
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/wren-master-cartographer
I like the simplicity of Zuan Lun. Very elegant. If you tap Wren, you lose one blocker. But Zuan's life gaining ability makes up for the life loss.
1st
"Enillo, the Loyal Wind" by @MrRansom

Partner - "Tachi, Battleshaman" by Teacup
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/tachi-battleshaman-2
Enillo provides what Tachi needs in very interesting way. And Tachi amplifies the benefit you can get from Enillo.
Congratulations to the winners! Hope you enjoyed this contest.
I had really fun! Huge thanks to you all!!!

Sorry!
And @Tomigon, you found OP interactions with charms? Huh ok, I thought he was underpowered and overly situational; which ones are you thinking of?
(If this discussion gets locked before you can answer, please do it on the card's page, I'm genuinely curious.)

I love the concept though! It blew my mind really:) I just think costs for the creature and the abilities are too cheap.
