i feel like either my cards recently have been terrible or no one checks them anymore.

    I think neither of the above is true. However, if it's just socialization you want, comment on every card you have a comment for. If you want more people to notice your cards, do the challenges. All of them.
    If you really are worried that your cards suck, they don't. Trust me, i've made some pretty bad cards. However, they are rather... unnoticable. They're competently made, with useful abilities, but people don't want competence. I mean, look at @Corwinnn.
    Try different methods of making cards. I find arts I like, then get the idea for a csrd from something ELSE, think of a good name, read a whole lot of other cards, and pop out whatever wretched monstorsity is the result. Most of the time, anyways. Don't make cards because you had an idea and fell obligated to apply it to something, have an idea and demand a card fits it. Like ping. That is one of my favorite cards on this site right now!

    Sorry man, I've been on six day work week brain, and mainly checking challenge cards and making set cards! I did notice you've been back, but I just haven't had a ton of time
    I'm so sorry! (now my card doesn't have phasing)

    Competence is highly overrated! And if I ever get tired of fun, I clearly need a nap!

    thanks guys, illtry to make cards just for fun now. i keep trying to make stuff that would work and be cool in a real deck, kinda priding on the simple but effective stuff like Ping and Octormentor
