Why is it when i try making a custom card, i get a 404 error? ive remade kresh bloodbraided numerous times, and have gotten 404s, yet i make a no mercy, first try, done. What gives?

    It could be the name. There are a few names the system won't allow for some odd reason. Try changing the name very slightly, sometimes I use the same one and follow it with a bunch of spaces and a period. It looks slightly odd but not enough to notice unless you're really looking for it. If what you're making is just a reprint so you can proxy a card, I'd use a proxy generator instead. I use http://magic.bluebones.net/proxies/ then put in the number and exact name of the card and print it out. That saves a lot of effort and doesn't use Cardsmith's resources trying to archive it. My stepson and I use it for entire decks to playtest for tournaments.

    As Biblio said, certain names are strangely not allowed, so a slight modification of the name usually gets past it.
