Custom Card Sets not working for me! Help!

Hey. I was hoping somebody could help me; the custom cards sets aren't working for me. When I navigate to the 'custom sets' part of my account (I'm definitely logged in), it says 'This member has not yet discovered the joy of custom card sets etc', as if I'm viewing my account as another person. Any idea why? Thanks in advance, I really want this to work. :)
