I find that without too many rules or restriction cardsmiths can really make some cool cards! That's where I got the inspiration for this challenge! The rules are simple, make one card with converted mana cost equal to 0 and post it here! This challenge ends next Sunday.

@FangQuil I don't think that would be an instant, instants don't stay on the battlefield, so the ability at the bottom doesn't make sense. You can read about what an instant does here: http://mtg.wikia.com/wiki/Instant

@King_Devil_II the second ability isn't a mana cost, it's a way to display the number of lands you need for the secondary effect, the card is cast when you draw it, I just don't have a better way to display that.
