404: Card not found .... WHY?

Soooo, over the course of the last few days I have been trying to come up with something to submit to the Halloween contest. When I finally came to making the card and was going to publish it, the page showed "Ouch! This card/page has been removed!", accompanied by some nonsensical card. How on earth the card can be removed before I even have published it is a big f***ing mystery to me. Do any of you guys have any hints?

    Note: I am a quite new user, so maybe there are somethings I am not aware about, however i find that MTG Cardsmith offers as good as no explenation to why this even occurs, wich I find would be rather in place.
