  @Biblio1, Abdicate targets the spell that Overratedness targets. Making Overratedness's target invalid. So Overratedness won't have any impact.

  I think we should set a rule for simultaneous counters.
  
  +If thy be the first to top thy spell, no other topper may top thy same spell. If a card is thy present that tops a already toppered spell, that card is therefore null and void. Other counters may be made to top the first spell that topped thy spell, and only thy first spell. In @Commander_Paratus 's name, Ramen.
  
  Otherwise known as "first come, first served".

  Sorry I missed all the confusion, geez, this took me a good 20 minutes to figure out but thanks to @GodOfWar and @CrucibleOfHate, we have figured it out. The next person to make a top card will be going against Tainted Beauty by @GodOfWar. The card that you must go against is the last card that has been posted, thus stated in the decree by @GodOfWar.

  @Everyone Have you ever heard of creativity? It's a thing, you know! This challenge would be so much more fun if the response wasn't a generic destroy or counter. Look at Sky Bound Ground, that was a good one, Tainted Beauty, Vengeance of the Lost, my Masterstroke, Overratedness, Abdicate, Curse of Indecision, Gruesome Advantage. Gilt-Leaf Herdmaster, even! I think what you should be doing is making not some random basic response, but a special card, one that not only deals with a situation but creates one! @fraziel07 Your buyback counter-spell is half of what it could have been. Now someone has to stop the buyback! That's what should happen here! My Curse of Indecision, I honestly never expected it to be destroyed, I wanted to see someone deal with the draw skip.

  @Everyone Okay, here is a new rule.
  
  NO COUNTER SPELLS OR KILL SPELLS!
  
  Counter spells: Anything that says "Counter target ..."
  Kill spells: Anything that only says "Destroy target ..." or "Exile target ..."
  
  Here is my response to Mind Fracture, just to show that you can be creative, even when someone uses just a straight up counter or kill spell.

  I apologize for using my counter as an easy escape route. At the time I couldn't think of anything to counter it with. I said was only going to use just the one and then HAVE to be creative. Kind of a save grace moment in a large battle.

  No, you did it right. Pretty much you keep him locked out. Gives you some breathing room unless this is out and he uses the ability. So again, you got it nailed. Not sure if it removes enchantments or counters when phased out, been a long time.
