Fake Account Detection
Of course, not every account is fake or someone is behind an account that just serves to get their main account into the popular section. However, there have been plenty of incidents where someone on the site thinks they're smart enough to blow through fifty emails to pop up on the site's home page.
Here are the two instances of what a fake account beholds on this site so far :
1. ) A fake account is regulated to favoriting only another account's cards or a majority of their cards, plus a few outliers.
2. ) A fake account has little or no cards [ usually with no favorites or the like ], or just bogus cards with no actual purpose.
Feel free to list anything else a fake account may have on the site. As much as I love the site, I hate the fake accounts and unthoughtful people who blissfully use inappropriate artwork on the site enough for me to still love the site.

I realized how bad your reputation can get and more importantly how guilty you feel.
But yes inappropriate artwork (I don't want say how bad) is always frustrating to look at.
Are we going to ignore the fact that this dude here is blatantly trying to get as many favorite from fake accounts as possible?
I haven't been on in a while, so I haven't noticed either, but I reported it as soon as you posted the link.
