What's under our notice
So what if Ulamog's power and toughness is 11? Why would we care if Emrakul is a 15/15 flying protection-from-colored-spells take-an-additional-turn baddie (Actually, most of us would care, but that's not the point)? For this contest, I want only the small, only creatures with mana cost 2 or less. Another guideline is that they must not have power or toughness greater than 4. Other than that, there are no other rules! Bonus points for those who create an unsuspecting creature that is capable of leveling the board unexpectedly!

I'd say its a bit OP, but the only removal it dodges is Aquablast, so it wouldn't survive for a single creature outside of standard.

3rd place: Woodland Witch, by @CascadingCuccos! Although it is very powerful, it would make a very gradual change to the game.... or suddenly, if you cast a 'Become Immense'!
