The Rabbit Hole
This is not a contest but rather a challenge for fun.
The challenge is this:
Watch the video linked in this discussion and then create a science fiction themed card that you feel captures the essence of the theory that is presented by this video.
The only rules you must meet are as follows:
1 ~ You have watched The Matrix trilogy in their entirety.
2 ~ You have watched the first video I have linked below.
The card does not have to take place within the Matrix universe, but it doesn't hurt if it is highly stylized and heavy with symbolism.
» This is the required video.
» This is an additional video that further fleshes out the theory, but is not required viewing for the challenge.
^~^ Good luck. ^~^

The name of the ship is The Nebuchadrezzar, the name of a Babylonian king who had a dream that he could neither comprehend on his own nor forget and banish from his mind.

Morpheus is the greek god of dreams and illusions. He lived in a Dreamworld of his own creation and slept in a cave filled with poppy seeds, which is where the drug morphine gets its name.

Trinty is the most complex to understand, until you realize she is the only other person to experience the same cycle of birth, death inside the matrix, rebirth inside the matrix, philosophical rebirth outside the matrix and then a lasting death that Neo and Agent Smith themselves went through.

The energy humans create in contrast to the energy required to keep them alive is a poor reason to harvest them, which would be apparent to highly logical and effecient machines. But we do possess somethings that a controlled Matrix experiment would be worth constructing for the sole purpose of studying. The ability to make choices rather than mere conclusions, the ability to imagine and dream, the ability to feel emotions and love. These are things the machines cannot understand without keeping humans alive and willfully participating in their studies and experiments.

I made an Alice In Wonderland card before I clicked through and read the prompt. I haven't seen the third Matrix movie. So I'm sad now. :<
Not as sad as I am I fear.

In a world overrun with zombies, other humans are still the greatest threat.

Actually, I still prefer Spanish Inquisition. So it's the runner up.

Charlotte's Web Plot Summary.
A small bodied and weak minded piglet is spared from slaughter whilst slowly being nurtured and educated until such time that he is able to comprehend just how meaningless his existence is and how terrifying slaughter really is.
If the words are still a mystery, if the riddle is still unsolved, turn back now and thank God for being merciful. If the words plague your mind and the box whispers in your ear, follow me but know this, here is where hope springs nevermore and love comes to die in silence.
It's just me, myself and I, but three's a crowd.
