Play this and you get a powerful elemental creature token and become unable to play anything else for the rest of the game. Instead, each turn you get another token and those tokens help you convert your lands into 3/3 trample creatures so you can steamroll your opponent.
The Roil is the power of the Zendikar elements incarnated. The power is epic both literally and figuratively.
I am seeing so many entries and so many great cards the past few days, so the deadline has now been moved to the 11 because there are already so many entries!
Thanks for entering all of you! I have finally made the placings and hipe that you all hada fun time making your cards, there were a lot of entries!
1ST PLACE-- Astral Awakening by @Encsription. http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/astral-awakening 47/50 - this card was a very neat way of getting a ton of elementals onto the battlefield! I liked its balancing and very great concept, although this card can be a little broken. GREAT JOB!
2ND PLACE-- Sky-Bound Ground by @Rednaxela http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/sky-bound-ground?list=user 44/50 - When I first looked at the card, I laughed a little with the goofy concept, but this card has a very neat concept and honestly I could see it as a rare in Magic Origins. The art is very great and I would've loved to see some more flavor!
3RD PLACE-- Undine by @Oduda http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/undine-2 40/50 - At, first this card seemed to be a little too generic, but when you introduced the other entries, it seemed to go great with the flavor that you had created for your cards! The art is very nice, and the card itself seems to be like a legit magic card.
HONERABLE MENTIONS!
Gladeforge by @Gelectrode 41/50 - This card honestly was an awesome concept, but the card link was removed! Please HELP!
Worldbreaker by @lookingupanddown 32/50 - The card itself was a little too broken, but you had placed an awesome flavor in the comments!
Stormcast by @Nicolas_Bolas 34/50 - This card is a little harder to understand and the concept itself is pretty cool,, but the format of the card is a little out of order. Great Card!
Saw a lot of great entries! Thanks for entering! See you in the next contest!
