My card was taken down, why might this be?

A card I made for Booze Cube, Hangover Reflection, was taken down over night and I'm not sure why. I'm looking for insight if possible. Here's a re-link to the card https://i.imgur.com/jfUiIF3.png

    @JBYT_LoadedTommy is right. A good amount of card makers on this site are 17 and under, so anytime you think a card might be pushing the boundaries just do what I do and Download the card without publishing it... that way you still get to enjoy the card and it never goes away!
    And yeah, Alcohol and drug use would be way inappropriate for so many kids... Someone needs to make "Alcohol: The Gathering" and then make a site where you can make your own cards to go along with it!
