Kings of Oza (KOZ) Help/ Suggestions needed!

Travel to a new plane in the multiverse, one of polarities at war. Oza consists of 5 regions and 5 kings over those regions, vying for control.
Magal: The region closely associated with white mana, this region is a gigantic barracks for the soldiers there. The Priests of the region are efficient and often in battle. Almost everyone there is in some way affiliated closely with the war. Led by the ultimate soldier, Honor ( http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/honor-61?list=user ), their mechanic to overwhelm with many is populate, a mechanic first seen in Return To Ravnica.
Kolar: This oceanic region is home to illusionists and merfolk. Kolar is only unified by its trade. Kolarians are mostly concerned with maintaining their homeland, not conquering more. When they do, however, they transform or summon giant illusory creatures to annihilate their enemies. Under the knowledge and guidance of Confusion ( http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/confusion-19 ), Kolarians cast cheaper and more powerful spells with the returning mechanic, Storm, appearing in Scourge, revisited in Timespiral block, and being reprinted in Modern Masters.
Todia: This dark, grave-ridden wasteland is covered in dead bodies. This place is a haven for necromancers, zombies, and deathly dragons. The undead are governed by Decay ( http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/decay-66 ). Under his reign, the zombies over his command use the power of wither, appearing in Shadowmoor block.
Yogana: The mountainous, heated war zone of Vokai is home to goblins and pyromancers, along with volcanic dragons, which lay waste to Yoganians and outsiders alike. Yogana's one goal is to burn across opposing lands, claim the land as their own, and move on. They destroy the land under the berserker that is Power ( http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/power-241 ), and the new mechanic burn helps them. Burn is formatted Burn - (cost) and means " When this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may pay (cost). If you do, this creature deals 3 damage to that player unless he or she sacrifices a land."
Bosdasos: This hilly, forested region is home to many beasts, shamans, and dryads. The latter 2 use magic to allow them to grow in power when in the presence of larger beasts. That is why the Bosdasosians use the new mechanic empower under their leader, Growth ( http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/growth-34 ). Empower is formatted Empower X, and reads "Whenever a creature with power of X or greater enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature." These people wish for peace across the nations, but realize that the only way for this is to overwhelm the other nations.
I need some help past that. Sarkhan (as mono-red), Nahiri (with some lore reason that she doesn't age in mono-white), and Nissa (in mono-green) are investigating the plane for Ugin, finding evidence that at least one Eldrazi is or will be on this plane. I will be updating the set furthermore soon, but it would be much appreciated if you suggested ideas or cards for the set, but please make sure they are correctly formatted or I will ignore them. Thank you for reading this much and helping out!

I read your 5 cards, and honestly, I'm not fond of starting a set off with the powerhouses - Sure it's nice to have something to build around, but it should start with a philosophy, or well, that's how I'm used to doing it.

As for the cards themselves, it's nice to see a recurring theme, but they all feel a bit messy, and the cardnames, except for Growth and Decay whom could both BE elementals/incarnations, the others feel a tad off. Can't put my finger on it.

I wish you luck with the set- Feel free to stop by at my feedback thread when you make new cards: http://forums.mtgcardsmith.com/discussion/35/callous-card-feedback-aka-i-will-give-feedback#latest

    Best regards.
