Fortification

Now, I was intrigued. I liked the fortify mechanic. It seemed fun. So, naturally, I looked up to see if there were more cards with this fun mechanic. I was surprised to lean that this was the only one.
So, as you probably already guessed, I want you to make an artifact-fortification. I have a few rules, but they should not be hard to follow:
-Must be a non-creature artifact with the mechanic fortify
-Should be decently balanced, though I will allow it to be strong, not broken.
-Try and avoid making it HAVE to be a combo piece to work. Just a fun, casual card. If it somehow works in a combo, that is fine.

Now, I have never done a contest before, so I cannot guarantee me doing a perfect job at this. I also cannot guarantee a finish date, so I will just say "Before New Years" (busy with school). Good luck, and have fun with this contest!
