Tommia Set Challenge: Who Rules?!
As five factions fight to rule Tommia, one has to beg the question: what would happen if a certain faction took over? In response, I was inspired to make a Cycle of cards called Rules. Here's the requirements of a rule:
- Whenever a rule enters the battlefield, all other rules are exiled. After all, there can only be one ruler!
- All rules are legendary enchantments of Mythic Rarity, and their name is composed of the faction name (or the ruler name, if the ruler is not aligned with a faction), and ends with rule. (Ex. Name: Smith's Rule. Faction: Cardsmith Rule.)
- Rules give the controller an advantage and the opponents a disadvantage.
- Normal cost is Three colorless with one mana of each of the faction's/character's colors, though the colorless mana cost can be raised to support more powerful effects.

As you can see, I have six of them... but I want to have ten! This is where you come in! As one of the contenders for leader of Tommia, I want you to make a rule... for yourself!
Rules:
- The Rule will feature you, or your faction if that's the case!
- The card must meet all of the requirements of a rule.
- Your rule is more likely to be accepted if it does not conflict with one of the color combos used by one of the six preexisting rules.
- Your entry can be monocolored, bicolored, or tricolored.
- By entering, you agree to allow me to remake your card for my set if you win, making any changes I see fit.
- I can fix mistakes you make!
- Limit one entry per Smith; if you made a mistake so drastic you can't live it down, feel free to fix it. You may only resubmit once.
- No anonymous entries.
There will be four winners. Here are the prizes in order from first to fourth!
- Five Favorites, card remade
- Four Favorites, card remade
- Three Favorites, card remade
- Two Favorites, card remade
For anyone who doesn't win, all honorable mentions will get a favorite from Tommia; only cards in Tommia contests get favorited by Tommia!
