Technically "Misinformed Teacher" is already too strong and possibly semi-busted. Using just Lighthouse Chronologist and/or Transcendent Master, you wouldn't even have to play outside of mono blue and you would be able to repeatedly draw and discard for 1 CMC. Imagine that in a deck with Jace Vryn's Prodigy and stuff like Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, and Temporal Trespass etc. Scary!
Despite all of this I still love him
