So Force of Will now says
"You may pay 1 life and exile a blue card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost."
UPDATE: With the help of @yururu, I have updated the template. It is still functionally the same as it was when I first posted it.
I used this card for formatting reference.
this card can be played aggressively by creating three attackers for free and giving the creatures you payed mana for that turn haste. as well as defensively creating three defenders at instant speed.
