Build Around Contest (Closed For Judging)
Me and a lot of wacky Rogue Deckers love Build Around cards. So for this simple Challenge, I ask you to build a cool card that is O.K. on its own, but could be a great card to build a deck around! Points for how unique the card is, how good it is in any deck, its flavor, and how interesting it is.
1st place - 6 favorites of your choice and the feeling of pride
2nd place - 4 Favorites and a decent feeling of pride
3rd Place - 3 Favorites... and Pride I guess

Figured shes all 3 of the exalted colors and she grants exalted to another creature with the ability to be unblockable until end of turn, thought that would be a great build around concept, an exalted deck!
I felt like making some sort of eldritch horror that existed as a figment in the back of the minds of planeswalkers, where it's abilities are something generic enough to where decks could manipulate to maximize it's efficiency at being big, and soft locking opponents.
I thought of doing a yugioh fanfic using magic cards and I thought of this card to Marilyn Manson's version of this is Halloween lol
Myriad deck? I know there is just the cycle of myriad in Commander 2015 but I think it's a great mechanic and there should be more.
This also works with cards like Polyraptor and Progenitor Mimic.

What I loved about this design is that it was cheap. Most of the 5-7 mana cards were creative, but they are difficult to create a deck around because they are so fragile. This card is not only clever but allows you to go in multiple directions with it. Maybe you use it to crew vehicles? Maybe you use Fling and fling it at someone? Maybe you just play a landfall deck? Regardless, this card is great. 6 Favorites to you.

Similarly to @bnew07's entry, this card is cheap, but great. It is such a simple concept, but it is very balanced and executed well. I also enjoy how it is designed to be balanced with hexproof, because if you build a deck around a card, you want it to be resilient. Also, in the equipment deck that this would see play in, your deck does good even if you don't draw the Nahiri's Masterpiece. Enjoy 4 favorites!

This card is such an odd concept. It is certainly a good build around and I love how the second ability subtly helps the first. My only concern was how difficult it was make this card worth it. But I guess that is the point of a Build Around. I just wish it was a little better on its own, but the design is clever and unique. Have fun with 3 favorites.
