  All you need to do is to make the ability modifier blank. (It has "0" in it by default)

  Since we discussed this sort of thing previously with Hybrid mana, I weighted what abilities I gave the Planeswalker carefully in both colors, or just made them a single color to keep it clear cut. The only one I'd made previously is Emae Tres, but her abilities are mostly from custom mechanix, so was hard for me to say for that.

  Edit Note: I decided to simply re-do Iskalar and delete the old one since I thought it over more and decided that an instant-speed mana bank was too strong in the late game. @Tomigon, I tried to word it before without using mana symbols, but I think this should be acceptable now.

  Thanks for fixing the card. Sorry, I just noticed: Planeswalkers are legendary, so if you create a copy of it, it needs to say "except the token isn't legendary" like Helm of the Host( http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=helm of the host)
