I've never been a fan of killing my own creatures, but in this guy's case, it helps out a lot to do so! You want to be killing your own creatures, because it serves to make Ceetus bigger for his attack, and allows him to attack in the first place.
Tribute to the actor Max Schrek, who played Count Orlok in first vampire movie "Nosferatu" from 1922.
