Fun EDH Artifact & Enchantment Challenge
Hi mates! Hosting my first challenge here, so don't be too hard on me 
What I would like you to do is to create an artifact or enchantment, which would be fun in Commander/EDH (interaction with other players would be great). Other than that, no restrictions.
Limit is two entries per person. I'll choose the winners on November 1st, so deadline would be on Halloween
1st place gets 3 cards favorited, 2nd 2 cards, 3rd 1 card. (And I'll probably favorite every cool entry)
If you don't mind, I'd like to choose the favorites by myself, cause I'm sure you'll have a lot of awesome cards I can pick from!
Bonus points for unique effects and creativity.

3rd place: @Tomigon with Mystical Wildcall and Wheel of Enigma
I like both cards very much. Mystical Wildcall is pretty simple, but very realistic and balanced. Cool!
Wheel of Enigma would definetly be a fun card in EDH and the name + artwork are very cool. Great job!
2nd place: @Teacup with Finders Keepers
Cards like these are what I was looking for with this challenge. Potentially useful and powerful for all players with some randomness in it. And the overall flavour (artwork, name and effect) is great! The only thing I would have changed is the activation cost, would have made it cheaper (3 I guess) to be more "accessable", but that's my personal opninion

That's a really awesome card concept, the only thing that bothers me (at least for this challenge) is the relatively small impact in a match with more players

A very cool and different approach on the "Control other players"-Mechanic. Neat!
@Biblio1 with One Red Paperclip
Fun card in general because of the reference and the effect, but I only like such "unrealistic" magic cards for "Un-Sets"

Dat artwork and concept. Pretty awesome.

Cool for Group-Hug, although I think your proposal drawing only one card is the right way to go here
