While this is irrelevant for EDH, it is a decent effect in constructed and even limited, where 3-4 copies of the same creatures are often present in a deck. It is also devastating against token decks and token generators, and can shut down the likes of Splinter Twin. The jankier route, of course, is to have it every under your control and exploit the effect with 'legendary matters' cards.

@sorinjace I particularly liked Laboratory Lab Worker, it was very close to placing.
