Card Contest: Form of the ...
Now that I've participated in a few, I wanted to try my hand at making a contest!
Theme: Your card should be an enchantment named "Form of the X", where X is a creature type. It should be similar to Form of the Dragon, in that its mechanics create the feeling that the player has been transformed into such a creature.
Rules/Criteria: Each entrant will be judged on only one submission. You may submit more than one, but unless otherwise noted, your last submission will be used for the contest. Cards should be balanced. Among balanced cards, one prize will be awarded for creativity, and one for flavor.

PS, just to be clear - Flavor does not necessarily require flavor text.
...I don't actually like bees. People keep assuming that I do. I don't.
They do make good cards, though.

just a fun idea, most don't know that there are spellshapers as a creature type in magic, there have only been five, and then only printed in future sight.
that's to go with this planeswalker http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/kastro-mulzana.
Form of the Honey Badger, because Honey Badger don't care!

(I wanted to give it a downside to make it more balanced, but not enough room in textbox.)
I wonder of there are any more instances of "life" in a magic card...
my entry, form of the ritualist, would have put more effects, but I ran out of room
