The mechanics of this card, from its design to its execution, are simply sublime. Though I do enjoy the idea and balance of the card, ultimately it is just too clunky to win out against either of the top two cards.
While I really felt that the potential of this card was the highest of all the finalists, it came in second due to the fact that it did not do as good of a job expressing its chosen form of mancer as the winning card and was less balanced for it's own cost, function and rarity.
The flavor and balance of this card was just so spot on, I felt it really captured the essence of the Lethemancer while doing something kind of new and interactive for a lower rarity then the other entries.

Thank you all for the wonderful entries, I will work on the concept of the cards for the winners and post them on monday along with the trophy. Until then, will the winners please message me what cards they want favorited. If I have not gotten a response by monday, then you will get favorites on the cards of my choosing.

Carnomancer, Æthermancer, Hyrdomancer, Psychomancer, Flectomancer.
Either way, I choose the cowboy mancer Memoriamancer for my entry.

It was not a mancer that was from Magic's history, and it is kinda broken, but it is still a cool card and a fun idea.
