What are premium benefits?

I’ve been poking around the site and so far I like what I see then I noticed the option for premium account but no description of what that entails.

    I actually just got premium from a contest so here's a little tour as a bonus:

    · Edit M15 Cards after publishing:

    You get an Edit button on your existing cards. You have to re-upload the picture but it sends you back to the same M15 card design page that you're used to with most information like the title, mana cost etc... already filled in. The best part is that it allows you to keep the comments and favourites of the previous version.

    · 2000 card capacity

    You go from 750 cards to 2500 cards capacity on your account.

    · Add any card to your custom sets

    You get this option on other cardsmiths' card pages. You can add those cards to your own folders.

    · Premium avatars and set symbols

    You get more options for avatars and set symbols. There's a really cool new options to add your own custom set symbols in beta as well.

    · Immunity from monthly card purges

    The site removes cards from accounts that are not used for several months in a row. Premium prevents this, even if you're inactive for a long time.

    · Reduced on-site advertising

    From what I can tell this mostly removes the add on the left of the "Active members" section. You still have a small add on top of the recent news section though.

    · Early access to new features

    Those are usually things like new frames, etc...

    that helps a lot.. one more question. is it a subscription or one time payment. I don't mind supporting projects like this its just i am very limited by my budget.
