Faved your card!(I don't have disqus) On the first ability, I would word it like this:{t}, {w}{u}: Tap target creature, target opponent creates a blue and white token enchantment with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you get one frost token" and " {3}: untap this creature, sacrifice this enchantment. " equip it to tapped creature The last line would be attach instead of equip but it is not an aura.
@mlg20555 - The oppressive abilities (especially the last one) feel like they should NEVER belong to a red/green card, but rather to a white card. Also, I'm not a big fan of leaving the artist(s) uncredited.

That is an idea I wish WotC had explored, but I always thought that blue searched your library. Either way, it's a good card, but should probably be mythic and not just rare unless you go up (1) in the mana cost.
Imagine this: The next set after War of the Spark, Teferi and Karn lands in New Phyrexia. Since the Ravnica block is still standard legal, they do this card:
