It's got a high cost, but I mean, you get to cast spells from your opponents' hands and libraries. In terms of making your opponent's rage, It's a definite. If you're fast enough, and have got the right cards, you can use Dhansii to cast your opponents' removal spells so they can't remove him hahahaha
This one's a little different. It's still got a rather high cost but it totally screws with your opponent. Flicker, return, and death all become exile, so your opponents can't get their creature's back ever. Just be a little careful cause it can hit yours as well

The thing with this card is that when your opponent controls the board with this, the game is slow and you probably won't win, but you feel like you have one out. In reality, that one out probably won't save you either.
