How to create a planeswalker with 2 loyality abilities (and one static ability)?

Hi!
How can I create a planeswalker with 2 loyality abilities (and one static ability)? I can only find the version with 3 loyality abilities.

In MTGCS all you have to do with the planeswalker editor is just not put a number in for the first loyalty ability and that'll make it show up as a static ability.
