    Well, for something like that, there's usually a flavorful event it's connected to. Based on this card's effect, I'd say something like... a plane shattering. Like Alara.

    here is something: "the time streams have burst! we have to go now!"-(name of important person in storyline)"not with out fixing this madness!"(other important person)

    this is based on the name of the card, as that seems to represent something like when the rifts swept over dominaria from a lore standpoint.
