And because of all the events that just transpired in less than half the day, the mix of confusion abd curiosity was... unusual for the fallen angel.

'Never in the centuries of my life I felt like this before. Sleepwalking? I highly doubt that. It had to be the work of one of THEM. And a servant of... Nohel... dragged me to... wherever this place is, after I retrieved this... God's Bane? The whole timing is too good for my taste.' Rafael frowned as he folded his arms.

"So... where is this K'Trinop right now?" He asked the unknown leonin cautiously.
  • // @sanjaya666 You have already been taken to him
  • @Tommia (Yes, Rafael is curious about him because he's never seen that guy...)
  • As he flowed through the Blind Eternities, he was glad to have back this power. Today was a new day, and with it, a new tomorrow. The man decided, for the sake of forgetting everything he was thus far, he would don the mantle of his second personality... Timothy.

This was much more different than he was used to.

What sort of being was that? I'm able to planeswalk, but the emptiness still remains. That creature had no spark, and yet they planeswalked onto Stitia. Hmph. Not that it matters. If I plan on going through with this, I'll need to find an expert.

The time here is so much different than what I'm akin to... was Stitia... running fast? It's so surreal... over a millennium since I last made my way from plane to plane. Hopefully, I can remember my bearings.

As Timothy arrived on a strange, desert plane, he notices that he's in the middle of nowhere.

"Dammit. This can't be- wait a second..."

In the distance, the sun shined high above a strange monument. A destroyed city lie down below it.

"A lot has changed since the last time I ended up here. But this is the right place alright..."

"Alright... nevermind my question before." Rafael coughed.

The leonin spy only turned his head slightly and raised an eyebrow.

High chance that Rafael was just tired from all... these ruckus about gods and planeswalkers. Or may it was just his current mortal body that screamed for sustenance too. So he took a leather bottle from his bag of holding and chugged its content.

And so he silently tried to start a talk with one of those gods and the beings of higher power. But at that moment he felt so... insignificant. It wasn't fear that gripped his heart, but rather a feeling of uselessness.

So the former archangel just sat down on the grassy ground below and sighed.

"I feel that something... heavy is burdened you. Although it is not within my duty to extract the truth from you, but maybe you care to share it, my dear Rafael?" Asked the male leonin spy, with his hands still behind his back.

"My... mission is already heavy enough. You of course know about it. But you know what, I just want to... enjoy the scenery for a while, while it lasts anyway. If you think about it now, all those years... centuries under the servitude of the Six, without any meaningful pause, in that accursed world, feels so... sickening, isn't it? I have no idea why I could do that, maybe they put a spell to constraint my feelings too, but I just feel like that I'm just awaken from a very bad... and very long dream." Explained the fallen angel with a solemn voice.

The leonin just stood in silence as he turned his head towards the horizon.

Anyone capable of seeing the fractured vision will be graced with the knowledge of things to come...
  • How much time do I have to solve this?
  • @Bowler218 Probably about 2 weeks
  • @Tommia (Seems like a worse Mastermind's Acquisition, I mean the card.)
  • // @Fallen_Lord_Vulganos I never got any advice from the usual group when making it. I just know playing with exile is very touchy. I didn't know if I could get away with just 4 mana on it
  • AHMONKHET!!!!

"Not until we all calm down," Verth shot back at the farmer's request. As Verth held onto the chains that bound everyone together, he moved to the center of the room, reverting to his human form to give a rallying speech. He could've taken the easier route that his inner voices begged him to take, but he wanted to believe in the hope that his words can sway these desperate people. Bringing everyone together without magically manipulating their minds was going to be difficult, but he knew he had to at least try.

"Both the clergy here and those that call themselves my allies all have valiant causes. One shows undying loyalty to their god, who has brought them hope and comfort in these bitter times. Others wish to bring change with their own hands, hoping that the people can rule themselves in a new era of prosperity. What brings us together here is that we are all devoted to an idea: an idea that we can overcome the darkness that has been cast over Stitia, an idea that we can slay each and every creature that follows the path of evil, and an idea that hope will never be lost while we or our gods still have fighting spirit. I am a follower of this idea. Not a deity, or a person, or a group, but this one, singular idea. You may call me a heretic, or a traitor, but I will always respect the loyalty you clergy have to Conse and the need to enact change that you four carry in your hearts. Ystheria and greater Stitia as a whole is my home, and I have started this long journey years ago to see my home become the epicenter of happiness and joy for all. So please, in the name of all that is good and just, cease the blood sacrifices, and end the constant fighting amongst ourselves. Let us unite, together as one, to save Stitia and its people!"

"You praise me for deifying the previous grand arbiter. Is that the same Arbiter who is now such an important part of your order?"
I have finished interrogating. What happens next?

    @EpicBoss99

"We understand, and we're sorry. We were just following orders." A priest in the far back walks towards you, cloaked. They lower their hood, and it's revealed to be an old friend. "I didn't want to do anything against you, but Conse demanded it. Your life or ours... we'll stand down... we'll help you all we can, but we likely won't be helping you for long... I've seen it. His wrath. Conse is growing unstable. He's killing and enslaving anyone who doesn't show the utmost devotion! Arne has sadly obliged with his orders..."

An enemy is on the horizon...

  • Is that for everyone?

"Oh, Mara. I am so sorry you got dragged into this," Verth grieved at the sight of his old friend. Mara was once a colleague of Verth way back in the day, and she strived to become a member of the clergy after graduating. She firmly believed that faith was the path to peace on Stitia, but it seems as though that has been proven wrong today. "If Conse is growing unstable, then we'll just need to figure out who, or what, is doing the unstabling...." Verth pondered. He released the chains that bound everyone in the cathedral.

"I thank all of you for hearing me out. Now, this may seem impossible, but it seems as though I will need to gain the audience of Conse and the other gods. Clergymen, or the four of you, do any of you know of a way to reach out and communicate to Conse directly?"

    Lmao tarot card time

I am going to use it as a special border for some of my cards, kind of like a proxy

    @EpicBoss99

"It's not a simple task." Someone else walks in. Apparently the high priest of Allschurch. "Great arrangements must be made at the altar of the god you wish to speak to. If you seek communication with the Decider... we'll need a great sacrifice, and we'll have to go to Amen. For Zythl, we'll need the company of the Lord Arbiter or their elite guard. For Nohel, we'll need the Divine Grandmaster or-"
"You could just speak to me now."

Everyone turns to the doorway behind them and gasps. Nohel. But it isn't a projection. It's actually him.

    image

Nohel seems distraught as he walks towards the members of the church.

"I have called off Conse's wrath... at I cost I may never be able to restitute."
    "Nohel! What's wrong?"
"I was right. We need to make preparations for war."
    "War?! Against whom."
"The gods! I can no longer remain silent and watch the people suffer. Conse is corrupting the angels, and my brothers and sisters of the Pantheon. When I finally decided I was against him, he sent his rage against me..."
"What did he do to you?"
"I've been exiled from the Pantheon. I am no longer one of the Six."
    "What does that mean?"
"There's going to be a brief moment of anarchy while they determine who the next god will be. So far... only we and the remaining five gods know."
"This... this is incredible. So the gods are turning against us?"
"I am afraid so..." From the air, Nohel summons a grand book with gossamer pages. "However, I have broken the curse that keeps it a secret... all shall be revealed."

Nohel opens up the book and looks into it. For a moment, he seems completely lost in thought, before suddenly grabbing hold of the book's spine and ripping it. As he tears away the pages, the book glows with a blue light, before suddenly, everyone collapses as an explosion tears out across the whole plane...

For a moment, the entire plane is interrupted, their thoughts destroyed by visions... a prophecy of annihilation. Those whose minds are great enough to handle it are struck by fear as they realize the future of the plane. Those that can't... begin their dissension into madness.

    To EVERYONE

    @ASubtleGhost, @DrakeGladis, @BudGetTheCam, @TezzeretofCarmot21, @ThatOneCat, @ElMagici, @spookoops, @Derain2, @MonkeyPirate2002, @sanjaya666, @Blazin_Biscuit, @Bowler218, @EmolgAn, @Pepperoni

You have gained the knowledge of the Stargazium, your mind wracked by its secrets. Here are the events that will lead to Stitia's destruction.

Their messenger shall call upon their aid... - The identity of a Retributionist that plans to call down the Six has been confirmed as Kia. If she isn't stopped, the Six will be brought down to the plane. While they can still come down otherwise, it will be significantly harder without Kia's summoning ritual.

The Six will wage war on the people... - The Gods will be manipulated into attacking society. You will need to find out what is controlling them, and find a way to stop them. Nohel's betrayal means there are only five gods as of now, but this will likely change.

The Arcanum will buy them time, carrying the helpless to their new future, mere weeks before it comes to fruition... - The Gods plan to leverage the Arcanum’s instability to cause a time skip. You will need to find out why the Arcanum is so unstable, and a way to mend it.

The angels and demons finally share their ground to fight their makers, but they are far too late... - You will need to find a way to unite demons and angels to fight in the holy war, BEFORE the time skip occurs.

As anarchy breaks out, three new threats among the living leave them powerless to stop their threats, all of them unassuming, but all of them powerful... - Three major characters must die, but which ones? These characters seem like they are not major threats, but they will supposedly be capable of causing mass destruction if left unchecked. One of these targets have been identified. A werehyena.
  • Welp, I gotta find a way to get out of the temple, grab Verth, and go back to the other end of the continent.

    Yay.

// @Bowler218 no one seems to care about what you're doing at the temple. Surely no one would notice if you and company slipped away
  • Makes sense, guess I'll do that.
  • So.... Are you saying King Crimson exists on this plane or not?
  • So, I'm not anyone?
  • // @KorandAngels Dagnabbit! Looks like my imaginary assistant ripped your name out of my book! I'm sorry, and I'll get to your scenario tomorrow at the latest.
  • @EnvyReaper If I'm getting this right, what did I screw up?

(If you're talking about Rafael's part, we don't talk about that. We'll pretend he left before his rest.)
  • @Tommia
One question, is it intentional that I wasn't included in the long list of mentions?
  • @Tommia, are we specifically tasked with an assignment, or are we just waiting to hear more form you?
  • @spookoops I assumed your group was going to be talking, but I'll probably get back tomorrow since I'm controlling Pathos right now.

As for the prophecy thing, it's up to you if you want to act on it or not. Some characters may not care all too much.
