Alright! I decided to change the rules. Nothing become invalid because of these changes. Just for more freedom of designs.
1) Since some of you want to make creature cards, now any permanent cards are allowed. @Tommyneko, your Goblin dentist counts. @TenebrisNemo Let me know if you want me to count False Guardian or not.
2) "[Cost]: Exile ______", "[Cost]: Sacrifice ______" are also allowed. Now you don't need to worry about indestructible or possible abusing.
@Lastjustice@DeepSky You have already submitted three cards but you are free to swap/edit your entries as many times as you like.
@Revan Sorry, I don't want self-destruct to be a part of the cost. I want it to be an effect of an ability. Try this thinking-- You don't activate self-destruct to get benefit. You activate it when you think it's better without that permanent.
@Tomigon I got ya, as I've made a few tweaks to my cards since my original posting. I will alter further if anything comes to mind, but I am happy with my entries for the moment. We will see how they shake out when it ends.
Entry #1 Archon Enforcer kinda different from what I thought of making originally, but I kinda love what I ended up making haha also, forgot to change it to mythic rare but oh well, not really anything substancial haha
also, I know this isnt the kind of card that has a downside you'd want to destroy it for, but instead I went with the idea of it being quite powerful but not super hard to get rid of for most decks, you could play it in monocolored (and it's kinda encouraged with that mana cost haha), but if you do a black/white instead you open up the possibility for making it a decent removal option too as well as making it so that when your opponent tryes to get rid of it you can just get one last really good value from it, so it gives you and your opponent things to think about and work arround (I made it a much better murder cause you're already pressed on mana by his cost and he is easy to get rid of, but it still requires u to have a good mana base)
@Tomigon - Yes, I want you to count False Guardian if you now accept creature cards. I also changed its mana cost from {r}{r} to {2}{r} so it would be a bit more balanced. Also also, I changed the name of my 2nd entry "Vindictive Waiting" to "Wait For Retribution" thanks to @Lastjustice's suggestion.
a more standard one since it's just an artifact, but kinda it's own thing, many benefits, it just could kill u, really good for decks that like ur life low tho
tried something unorthodox, might be a bit too harsh though. I know it says destroy rather than sacrifice, but that's to kind of be a stickler and to allow for more weaknesses [if opponents make the enchantment indestructible, even the user themselves can't get rid of it, allowing for a bit of...drawback, I think]

big ass colored artifact creature that interacts with basic lands in an interesting way

Sorry, self-destruct part must be an activated ability. That's a very interesting card though!
Part of a cycle. Here are the other cards, but I'm not entering them: Enmity, Isolation, Bloodshed, and Savagery.
