Every saga I've seen ThatOneCat in, they're an evil force that's normally always gets flak, but never seems to ever die. So, what better way to represent that than,.. a cat that can never truly die?

@murkletins, I'm pretty sure this qualifies, in that Arcanis, the Omnipotent doesn't have a species subtype, and as such, is not human.
You missed an opportunity to use "Hexproof from nonwhite" here (like Knight of Grace or Knight of Malice).
But it'd look so empty. I also based it off of the oracle text of Gaea's Revenge.
