Ajani, Strength of the Pride creates tokens named Ajani's Pridemate, which actually exists as a MtG card.
So this is what I'd like you to do in this contest:
Choose a permanent card. It can be a real card or custom card. Then make a card that can create tokens with the same name, color, types, ability, and P/T(if you choose a creature.)

This wording would be better-
"Counter target spell. Create a 1/2 blue Bird creature token with flying named Storm Crow. If that spell's converted mana cost is 4 or greater, create two of those tokens instead."

Shoot. Knew I was missing something. Thanks for the suggestion on wording the CMC 4 or greater clause, too - I wasn't sure whether that was acceptable.

When I made this I legit started hearing in my head Electric Wizard and was like, I miss old magic lol
It may be overpowered, originally I was gonna make the cost of the creature that of Yawgmoth's Bargain as a sort of obscure reference. Wasn't sure if anyone would get it though

I enjoy synergies between the permanent and the tokens it creates. For example, Ajani, Strength of the Pride summons Ajani's Pridemate(see my first comment above), and he also has life gain ability. It wouldn't be so interesting if the tokens are vanilla and does no interactions with the permanent.
Also, please don't forget to post links to the cards' pages (Both to your submissions and the tokens) like I did in my example.
I couldn't find the artist, if anyone knows who did the art please tell me, and I will add it in.
That's a character from Overwatch. I couldn't find the artist neither.
It's a good card, but like I said in my previous comment, it would be more interesting if there's a synergy between your card and the token.

Featuring:
Nice! But there are some issues in the rules texts. Two of them are are minor
1) Using periods in wrong places
2) Capitalizing mistakes
Others are a bit important
3) Aura tokens needs to have the keyword ability "Enchant _____"
4) Aura can't exist without being attached to another object. So an Aura token must be created attached to something.

It says-
Create a white Aura enchantment token named Mask attached to another target permanent. The token has enchant permanent and totem armor.
So your Volkisha, Great Ice-Lord's 2nd ability should be-
Create a blue Aura enchantment token named Ice Cage attached to target creature. The token has enchant creature, "Enchanted creature can't attack or block, and its activated abilities can't be activated," and "When enchanted creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, destroy Ice Cage."
After "...can't be activated", I placed comma instead of period. I looked Nahiri, the Lithomancer and thought that's what we should do.
