Revenge Challenge
Okay, so this is not actually a vengeful challenge, despite that name. No, this is a challenge ABOUT revenge. The challenge, in essence, is to make a card that punishes people for punishing you. This works best on permanents, but instants and sorceries work well, too.
Bonus Points For...
A name that's a reflexive idiom. (Eye for an eye, burn for burn, blow for blow, fire with fire, etc.)
A flavor text that's "Revenge is a dish best served _____." Other flavor texts also appreciated.
Pretty art. Pretty straightforward.

What you need to know:
Panic instant subtype: If this card is in your hand, put it into your command zone. You may cast it from your command zone like you would if the card was in your hand. Also, if you would lose enough life or take enough lethal damage to die, or if an effect would cause your library to empty, it is automatically cast "in a panic" without paying its mana cost.
Betrayal, Instant, Deceive. Yes, this could only really add up to one type of card.

Not exactly caring if they are taken or not, simply made them because of the want to do -something-.
Not sure how I feel about the cards cost reduction clause, but it made sense to me.
