    He grabs the glass bottle and tries to drink from it, and when nothing comes out, he shakes it making a show of trying to get any more out. This acts as a second signal, letting Elaine know to detonate more dynamite - closer to the docks now.

    Litore turned back, and there was suddenly an ear-breaking shockwave. Almost everyone is knocked off their feet, and the docks are in flames. People are screaming at the docks, and some others are attempting to put out the flames.

    "Arrest them!" Litore yells, pointing at basically Jakob's entire crew.
