An Idea I Had (Tell me if you want me to go through with this)
I was just talking with my brother (@Dizzydude) and I came up with an idea to make this.
So, to start somebody posts a requirement that consists of 10 or less words. Example: "A creature that has menace and makes you gain life" Then, every Sunday at ~7:00 pm central time I will shuffle all the requests and randomly pick one and then I will make a card that fits the requirements, then each of you can judge my card on a scale of x-10 and post a card of your own that fits the requirements. Then an every Saturday at ~7:00 pm me and @Dizzydude will give each card made this way x-10 points at the top three cards will get a favorite from me and @Dizzydude on your entry and on a card of your choice(Doesn't have to be yours).
Tell me if you want me to do this, if ten people want me to do this then it's on.

If that was a suggestion for a name, you would have to explain how it fits.
An Idea I Didn't Have: Because we're basically giving you an idea for a card, and since you made the thread, it makes sense.
