    ANy thoughts @dragonbornletter @Fantastickill7 @Dizzydude
  • @LordTachanka123 make it so they can rummage only once a turn?
  • @LordTachanka123
Um... why is it called Princess Thief? it literally has no abilities that fit that name.
  • Originally it was going to @Fantastickill7, but I couldn't think of any good non-unset abilities.

    Defeat the Dragon
    Casual, multiplayer, closed format.

    Rules:
Most players have 15 life, but a chosen player has 40
Chosen player must have a dragon, horror, beast, or giant as their "commander"(They don't have to be legendary)
Other players can have any knight, soldier, or warrior as their "commander"(They don't have to be legendary)
Players must work together to kill the "dragon"
    No shared mana
Non-Creature spells for dragon cost 1 less
Whenever a player is killed, the dragon makes 3 treasure tokens
All spells that non-dragon players cast have assist 3 (Any player may pay up to {n} or this spells mana cost)
Discard a card:Draw a card.Only do this if you are the dragon. Only do this once per turn.

Just so I can edit it again.

Edit 1.5:Giants now allowed for Dragon's commander
    Edit 1.6:Assist 3
    Edit 1.7:Dragon can now rummage.
Edit 1.8:Rummage only once per turn.
Explanation:Rummage was added when @Mir-151414 was heard of to have no mana, this will hopefully allow the dragon to be a little more powerful.
  • Any ideas on how to buff the dragon?
  • @dragonbornletter

There is indeed a way to break Gladiator Arena! How'd you know?

Again, Izzet. Izzet Spellslinger, to be exact. If one has a good had, they'll Shock a player for {r}, and the mana cost would be reduced by one. Next turn, the next player casts a creature. next turn, next player throws down a land and Lightning Strikes the player for {r}, then cast a Skewer the Critics at the creature (providing that it isn't a {1} wall), reducing their cost by another {2}. After, say, Hypersonic Dragon for {u}{r}. It would keep on piling up, and totally screw up the match.

Now you know what would be interesting in that play? Izzet Spellslinger v. another Izzet Spellslinger... Oh boy...

@LordTachanka123 So just overcomplicated Archenemy eh?

What about just calling it Monster Hunter instead? It would add the amount of monsters the main enemy can choose from for example a dinosaur would be nice too.

It's just a shame that you can not use things like this:

    @Fallen_Lord_Vulganos
  • @Fantastickill7, how did assist play out?
  • Any suggestions?
  • @LordTachanka123
I think we might play again later today, I don't have any suggestion at the moment, but I will tell ya if we feel that anything is too much or too little
  • @Fantastickill7, you were the 13th person to like my Theoretical Mox...
  • I was wondering...perhaps add a shock or fire breathing effect for the dragon...?
  • @The-DM the discount counters go away after each turn...
  • @LordTachanka123 Maybe something like this...

-The dragon may pay X life or X mana once per round at any time. They then deal X damage to any target.

@LordTachanka123 @Fantastickill7 @Dizzydude When I saw dinosaurs could be a commander for the dragon, my eyes went to this card...

I'm sorry that the card's so big
  • Also @LordTachanka123, You should make "Pirate" a new subtype available for the non-dragon players..
  • @dragonbornletter

I seemed to have missed that...

@dragonbornletter it’s mainly just to get rid of all your opponents creatures...and in the process DIE. So I don’t know if i would use it for the commander, but I’d love to know how it turns out if someone does use it.
  • Very good point @Dizzydude, but it would be interesting.
  • @LordTachanka123 @dragonbornletter, maybe something more like this. If you want a dinosaur deck.

  • Okay @Dizzydude, I think we can agree that a deck based around that would be stupid funny. Only downside is the TREMENDOUS mana cost.
  • @LordTachanka123 well maybe if you don’t get enough mana to cast him, you can just get rid of a player and get some Treasure tokens.
  • Oh, yeah, good point @Dizzydude. I almost forgot about that rule...kind of important... : :D

@LordTachanka123, I was thinking. What if you had there be a wizard player.
Cause you got the Dragon and the Knight, so all it’s missing is the Wizard.
