"{p/b}{p/b}: Put The Long Shadow onto the battlefield from the command zone."
When paying The Long Shadow's mana cost, you may treat generic mana as if it is that much {p/b}.
OR
Pay 2 life: The Long Shadow costs {1} less to cast from the command zone until end of turn.
Really not sure if the wording makes any sense, but the idea is that the cost still increases with commander tax instead of staying at a static {b} and 3 life.
My criteria and point system:
- 10 balance
- 10 graphics, text design, wordin, etc
- 10 design, originality, abilities
- 5 is it an interesting commander
