Commanders Rule Challenge! (with experience counters)

Okay Cardsmiths, create a commander like the ones that just came out at the end of 2015, using experience counters,
also, you must make 2 cards that go well with your commander (like a creature with lieutenant)! Deadline is on the 8th of January!

1st Place: I will favorite 5 cards of your choices.
2nd Place: 3 card favorites of your choice.
3rd place: 2 card favorites of your choice.
and of course I will favorite all Commanders and cards that appeal to me, and I hope you do too!
