@DARKSTEEL - 2CMC mana rocks are pretty rare these days, so I don't know how likely it is we'd see one with upside, albeit limited, any time soon. I can't think of one in standard at the moment. Perhaps it's fine though. Remember to capitalise "Add" and there are also some words in the flavour text that should be capitalised too. Finally, a temple makes it sound like a land. A better choice might be a monument or something similar. Thanks for posting!

@TenebrisNemo - Interesting card! The mechanic might be doing a little too much but then again it's someone else's mechanic so I won't dwell on that. With the number of dismembered moving parts, this feels really borderline between common and uncommon. Flavour is absolutely spot on though as usual. I feel like an unkeyworded uncommon version would be great!

The card is interesting but I'm curious about these belief counters. Are they part of a set where belief counters can be gained and lost? Otherwise it could just be that Young Selkie isn't a creature unless it has a +1/+1 counter on it.

After watching a lot of the recent Zendikar Rising Drafts, I've started to have a much greater appreciation of the balancing required for commons, and it's really helped me (I think) in making the commons for my set, Planar Collapse! So here's some of the commons I've made recently trying to build on my new knowledge!!
