Tiny leaders is a format like commander but your commander is of 3 CMC or less, your deck is 50 cards, and you have 25 life.
For this challenge, the rules are...
1. Has to be a legendary creature
2. Has to have a CMC of 3 or less
3. Has to be balanced. no overpowered cards.
Challenge will end on April 27th.
