In this set I've been making, the primary mechanic is Cosmic, which acts a either a slight delay to certain effects, an enters the battlefield tapped effect, or as a mana reduction. (Usually delays would be on enchantments that would act like sorceries, enters tapped is for lands, and cost reduction usually happens on creatures.)

I was considering making this a 5 mana destroy 1, but I felt that a 7 mana destroy 2 felt better flavorwise.
