    This should be comparable in power level to a card like Rupture Spire. I also edited the dream mechanic so that it can work on lands:
    Dream [cost] (As CARDNAME enters the battlefield, you may pay [cost]. If you do, choose another nonland card name.)
    Note that this card doesn't need "another" because this is a land.

    The mechanic immediately reminded me of how people believe in the gods in Theros for the gods to have power (which they use to help the plane/select people in turn)), so I believed this was a cool representation. I hope you enjoy it!

    And here are some of my thoughts on other submissions.

    The Broken Ones 
    Fun card, but {3}{b}{b}{b} feels a little too expensive.
    The last ability should say "Spells and permanents of the chosen name have deathtouch and lifelink."

    Shaded Stalker 
    This needs white in in its mana cost or activation cost.
    5 mana mythic legendary that does nothing on its own feels a little weak.

    Fiery Vigor 
    Cool idea that encourages aggressive decisions. My worry is that the damage can be really big if the game has many players and creatures. Untapping creatures in red also feels a little off.

    Thundering Blizzard Rider
    4 drop 3/2 flying with upside is a great card in limited. I feel this should be an uncommon. I've never played snow themed sets, so I'm not sure, but "if you control another snow permanent" feels unnecessary because you easily would get snow lands.

    Belief mechanic cards:
    After seeing Assist mechanic, I don't see much point in making cards with belief mechanic. But cards made for this challenge are all flavorful and enjoyable.

    Here are my mechanic choices, two new ones (as far as I know) I came up with recently:

    Occupation — If you are dealt combat damage by an opponent, that opponent takes control of this permanent.

    Example:



    As well as...

    Territorial — Whenever a creature enters the battlefield it fights this creature. (May have additional text.)

    AUTHOR'S NOTE: Reactive only goes on sorceries.
