  @Corwinnn Perhaps restrict the ability to only be able to change a keyword into a keyword on the battlefield?

  @Corwinnn Because otherwise you could put something OP like Indestructible or Deathtouch.
  
  BTW: It acts differently based on whether or not it's a permanent, just like Support: If the effect takes place as a spell or ability, you can target any creature's ability.
