Hope this isn't too overpowered
@RaistlinMajere Your card isn't too powerful, but Phyrexian mana doesn't make any sense in Innistrad, and colorless mana will likely be used very sparsely, if at all.
@IzzetMadMan I think that may be a bit too powerful, and the last ability seems more blue than black to me.

And @IzzetMadMan you cant put a kozilek card in innistrad. Not only does he and ulamoge die in OGW, wizards wouldnt make back to back blocks about the same non-generic creature type, much less the same titan.
