Who do I contact to cancel my premium subscription? I have tried to cancel my premium subscription on the website, but i can't find a way to do it.

     Users shouldn't have to use a third party platform to deal with issues that involve their payment information, this is a security risk.

    @Allround - Let me rephrase that, Your best bet is to go to the MTGCardsmith Discord as they typically don't check the Forums very often, if at all. There you can contact someone who can expedite your request much more quickly and efficiently than sending a message to a part of MTGCS that may or may not be monitored.. Their Discord server is monitored by a couple of Admins for certain.

    Asking the people who own Discord to help you would be a useless endeavour.

    Yeeeah, that seems like a bit of a problem if it's easier to get ahold of the people with control over your money through a separate platform than it is to get ahold of them through the platform you're paying them on.

    @Tommia - This is not the place for you to voice you opinion on that matter, as it isn't falling on the ears that you want to hear it. I get that you have displeasure over the current administration, but it's theirs to run whatever way they choose, as they paid a good sum for that right.

    I'm just here to help those who show up with questions, and if I can't answer it, then I will direct them to a place they can get answers. I'm not going to add to their frustrations by giving them hope that I haven't verified.
